Information collected for quote and booking requests
AirportLink may collect information needed to prepare a quote, review a trip request, or manage transportation service.
This may include:
- customer name
- phone number
- email address
- pickup address
- destination address
- pickup date and time
- flight number, airline, terminal, and arrival details
- passenger count
- luggage details
- optional stops
- route preferences such as 407 ETR use
- accessibility, timing, gate, or service notes
Why this information is used
This information is used to provide quotes, confirm trips, communicate with customers, plan routes, manage pickup timing, review luggage suitability, and keep booking records.
Website analytics
AirportLink uses Plausible analytics to understand basic website activity, such as page visits and general traffic patterns.
Plausible is used as a privacy-friendly analytics tool and is intended to help AirportLink understand whether visitors are reaching key pages such as the quote form, booking flow, terms, and privacy pages.
Maps and route services
AirportLink may use Google Maps or related mapping services to help with address lookup, route previews, distance estimates, travel-time estimates, and map display.
When map features are used, Google may process map-related information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Payment processing
Online payments, if enabled, may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or Square.
AirportLink does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
Payment providers may handle card authorization, payment confirmation, receipts, refunds, and payment security according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Customer communications
AirportLink may use contact information provided by the customer to respond to trip requests, clarify details, confirm bookings, send status updates, or handle service questions.
Optional customer accounts
Customer accounts may be added later. If added, accounts should remain optional where practical.
Account features may include saved contact details, preferred pickup addresses, past bookings, and receipts.
Dash camera recording
For safety and accountability, trips may be recorded by onboard dash camera with audio and video.
Recordings may be used for safety, security, incident review, dispute protection, legal, or insurance purposes when necessary.
Data minimization
AirportLink aims to collect only the information needed to provide transportation, manage bookings, support safety, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Data storage and future systems
AirportLink may later use a secure backend booking system or administrative dashboard to store and manage quote requests, booking records, email confirmations, trip status, and operational notes.
Sharing information
AirportLink does not sell customer trip information.
Information may be shared only when needed for service operation, payment processing, mapping, legal compliance, insurance, safety, dispute handling, or technical support.
Customer responsibility
Customers should provide accurate trip, contact, flight, luggage, and pickup information so AirportLink can properly review and plan the requested service.
