Information collected for bookings

Booking requests may collect customer name, phone number, email address, pickup address, destination, pickup time, flight number, terminal, passenger count, luggage notes, and trip notes.

Why this information is used

This information is used to provide quotes, confirm trips, communicate with customers, plan routes, manage pickup timing, and keep booking records.

Payment processing

Online payments, if enabled, will be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or Square. Yanni’s AirportLink does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Payment provider information

Stripe and Square are payment-processing platforms used by businesses to securely handle card payments, payment authorization, receipts, refunds, and payment confirmation.

Optional customer accounts

Customer accounts, if added later, should be optional. Guests should be able to request bookings without creating an account. Account features may include saved contact details, preferred pickup addresses, past bookings, and receipts.

Dash camera recording

For safety and accountability, trips may be recorded by onboard dash camera with audio and video. Recordings should be handled securely and used only for safety, security, dispute, or legal/insurance purposes when necessary.

Data minimization

The service should collect only the information needed to provide transportation, manage bookings, and meet legal or operational requirements.
